Ms. Zellner has been extremely involved and successful in the field of
long-term care as an administrator, a licensed social worker, and
director of consulting services. Ms. Zellner's over 20 years of
long-term care experience has given her lead expertise in operational
management, strategic planning, and corporate compliance.
As an experienced long-term care
administrator, Ms. Zellner has overseen the acquisition and
turnaround of numerous skilled nursing and assisted living
facilities in eight different Minnesota locations. Prior to working
with health Dimensions Group, Ms. Zellner managed the consulting
practice of a Midwest long-term care consulting and management
company. In this role, she completed operational assessments for
numerous senior services and long-term care facilities in Minnesota
and Wisconsin. She also created successful management plans to
improve financial goals and provide quality improvement systems for
leadership teams. Ms. Zellner's areas of expertise include:

Ms. Zellner was the James B.
Swanson Facility of Excellence winner in 1996, and was awarded the

Ms. Zellner has a Bachelor of
Science in English and Business from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and received a certificate in Long-Term Care
Administration from the University of Minnesota. Ms. Zellner
is a licensed nursing home administrator and a licensed social
worker in the State of Minnesota.
