As a nurse consultant for Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Grant brings more than 25 years of experience, both operationally and clinically, to our clients. She has experience working in a long-term care setting where she managed a staff of over 100 nurses and nursing assistants.

Ms. Grant brings areas of expertise include the following:

• Financial oversight for all facility processes
• Staff management and development
• Understanding of sales and marketing related to facility management
• Strategic planning and goal management
• Facility operation and compliance

Prior to her role as a nurse consultant, Ms. Grant worked for Health Dimensions Group as the administrator for Villa Pines Living Center, where she had overall responsibility for an 85-bed skilled nursing facility. Her financial responsibilities included developing and managing the budget process, controlling facility costs, and monitoring all financial processes for the facility. In addition, she developed and maintained effective relationships with sate survey teams and exhibited a successful survey history.

Prior to working with Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Grant was the executive director for Continental Manor Health & Rehabilitation where she was responsible for total operations of a 108-bed Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility. In addition, she has experience providing consulting to nursing homes where she was responsible for budgeting, quality of care issues, state surveys, environmental concerns, and market analysis for the admissions process.

Ms. Grant is a Registered Nurse and holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Madison Area Technical College, she is a licensed nursing home administrator in the State of Wisconsin. Ms. Grant also holds a wound care certification.
