Tamy GolkowskiAs a Business Office Consulting Manager for Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Golkowski provides in-depth knowledge of facility management and the skills necessary to successfully operate multiple facilities. Her responsibilities include establishing business office policies and procedures that support Health Dimensions Group's quality standards, training facility business office staff on the accounting and health care software and billing processes, monitoring facility accounts receivable balances, and conducting regular quality reviews in the business offices.

Ms. Golkowski's areas of expertise include the following:

  • Training and orientation of facilities administrators, as well as business office, admissions, social workers, human resources, central business office, and nursing staff
  • Extensive experience working with Point Click Care health care accounting software
  • Knowledge of computer information systems and networking systems

Ms. Golkowski brings a wealth of billing experience to this position. In addition, she has an understanding of the inter-disciplinary team effort needed to manage a successful facility business office. While working at Frazee Care Center, she was involved with the billing and collections work, social services and admissions. She has current experience in billing all payor types and is currently learning the Wisconsin Medicaid billing system.

Ms. Golkowski has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
