In her role as payroll services consultant, Ms. Stickles keeps abreast of compliance changes with federal and state agencies while providing payroll consulting services and support to Health Dimensions Group managed facilities.

Ms. Stickles' areas of expertise include the following:

• Wage and hour laws
• Creating policy and procedure manuals
• Developing and analyzing metrics

Ms. Stickles has several years of health care related experience, most recently with the Benedictine Health System. ms. Stickles consulted with 40 managed and owned facilities over a four state area providing consultation and systems support. In addition, she has spent time conducting internal audits ensuring facilities were in compliance with federal and state regulations. As amember of the American Payroll Association, Ms. Stickles volunteers as a hotline referral representative for wage and hour questions.
