As Director of Clinical Services for Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Hansen brings more than 25 years of nursing expertise to our clients. She has a proven record of success as a long-term care nurse consultant and is able to excel in a fast-paced environment in a highly professional, compassionate manner. She is recognized for sound clinical judgment and support of nursing leadership within long-term care settings.

In this role, Ms. Hansen provides overall direction for clinical program implementation, regulatory performance and supervision of nurse consultants serving the HDG managed communities. She is also closely involved in the on-boarding and transition of new managed communities.

Ms. Hansen's areas of expertise include the following:

• Monitoring and making effective recommendations for modifications to existing facility processes, systems, policies, and practices to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant performance
• Developing action plans to assist facility management in overseeing implementation plans
• Providing consultation, training, analysis, and advice to assigned facilities

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Hansen worked as a nurse consultant to long-term care facilities where she provided consulting services to facilities ranging from 50 to over 200 beds. She was also a Director of Nursing for a long-term care facility where she implemented policies and procedures and provided oversight of the nursing department that resulted in two deficiency-free surveys during her tenure.

Ms. Hansen is a licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota, is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, and a certified Gerontological Nurse. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from City University of New York, College of Staten Island.
