As the administrator of Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 189-bed skilled nursing facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Mr. Thomas is responsible for the daily operations and ensures federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations are strictly adhered to and that the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents.

Mr. Thomas’s areas of expertise include the following:

• Increase of Medicare and Private Pay census
• Facility transition
• New facility construction
• Person-centered care program development

Previously, while serving as division coordinator/administrator of Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center, Mr. Thomas was named Administrator of the Year by the Wisconsin Association of Area Agencies on Aging. In all, Mr. Thomas possesses 10+ years administrator experience.
