Melody Krattenmaker

Ms. Krattenmaker is administrator of the Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center, one of Health Dimensions Group’s managed facilities located in Duluth, Minnesota. In her role as administrator, Melody Krattenmaker facilitates the team, including residents, families, staff, and the organization as a whole, to ensure excellent care and a positive work and living environment.
Ms. Krattenmaker’s areas of expertise include the following:

• Employee engagement.
• Evidence based best practice guideline implementation.
• Focusing on data and systems for improved outcomes.

Ms. Krattenmaker has been in the health care field for 20+ years having held positions at the University of Minnesota, Camilia Rose Care Center, and the Benedictine Health Center.
