As administrator for The New Homestead and Homestead Acres, a 64-bed skilled nursing facility, 14-unit assisted living facility, and a 8 independent living apartments in Guthrie Center, Iowa, Ms. Janssen is responsible for daily operations and ensures federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations are strictly adhered to and that the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents.

Ms. Janssen’s areas of expertise include the following:

• Financial planning and oversight
• Transition management

Ms. Janssen’s professional experience includes the marketing/admissions director at Arbor Manor in Fremont, Nebraska, and licensed administrator at Evergreen Healthcare Center and operations consultant at Birch Hill Healthcare Center, both in Shawano, Wisconsin.
