As a nurse consultant for Health Dimensions Group, Linda Rosecke provides interim services for directors of nursing; survey management (PREPs); facility turnaround projects; public speaking; clinical and administrative training and mentoring; and other development activities.

Ms. Rosecke has more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse in long-term care encompassing a varied background, including staff nursing, management, survey management, and consultation.

Ms. Rosecke’s areas of expertise include the following:

• Survey management and regulatory compliance for long-term care, assisted living, and home health.
• Training and mentoring of management staff.
• Development and implementation of clinical systems.

Prior to Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Rosecke served as an RN nurse consultant for another Midwest consulting group and at a large nonprofit organization with locations in Minnesota, Ohio, Colorado, and Arizona. Other previous experience includes administrative director of nursing at Walker Methodist Health Care Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a skilled nursing facility with more than 300 beds. Ms. Rosecke has also been a member of the state of Minnesota survey team for several years.
