Laurie CarlsonAs the Administrator for Villa Pines Living Center, Ms. Carlson has overall responsibility for an 85-bed skilled nursing facility. Her financial responsibilities include developing and managing the budget process, controlling facility costs, and monitoring all financial processes for the facility. In addition, she must develop and maintain effective relationships with state survey teams and exhibit a successful survey history.

Ms. Carlson's areas of expertise include the following:

  • Financial oversight for all facility processes
  • Staff management and development
  • Understanding of sales and marketing related to facility management
  • Strategic planning and goal management
  • Facility operation and compliance

Ms. Carlson is committed to providing excellent services and care for the elderly population served by the facility, as well as having a positive impact on the Friendship, Wisconsin community.
