As vice president of human resources for Health Dimensions Group, Mr. Mutz provides global oversight and direction to a number of human resource-related areas. His responsibilities include providing strategic human resource leadership and operational support to HDG’s managed properties and corporate office; developing programs, policies, and human resource-related infrastructure; providing labor relations and employee relations expertise; developing and managing compensation and benefit plans; ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations; and partnering with executive management on overall employee development initiatives.

Mr. Mutz’s areas of expertise include:

Mr. Mutz possesses over 20 years human resource and leadership experience. In addition to his areas of expertise, Mr. Mutz also has experience in developing performance measurement tools and employee recruitment and onboarding programs obtained while leading the HR team at Mille Lacs Health System, Columbia Park Medical Group, and St. Therese, Inc., all located in Minnesota.
