As a home health and hospice consultant, Jane Gorwin specializes in business and operational analyses for home health, hospice, private duty agencies, and other related health care providers.

Ms. Gorwin’s 25 years in the health care field bring an in-depth knowledge of Medicare and other third-party reimbursement issues, as well as HIPAA, PPS, OASIS, OBQI-OBQM, and QAPI. All of these elements combine to promote optimal operating processes within sound fiscal environments.

Ms. Gorwin’s areas of expertise include the following:

Prior to launching JG Solutions and working with Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Gorwin was the administrator and vice president of operations for InCare Health Services where she developed and operated two proprietary corporations for Medicare-certified home health and private duty, both within the JCAHO accreditation framework. Additionally, she served in an executive role for Sutter Health System Home Care.

Ms. Gorwin’s previous positions include director of Ortho/Neuro/Flex Unit/Rehabilitation Services at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California, and assistant head nurse for surgical/orthopedics at Grant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, Ms. Gorwin is a published author featured in multiple professional journals and continues to share her knowledge at various industry conferences and workshops, including California Association for Health Services at Home and California Assisted Living Association, among others.
