Glen Roebuck provides national leadership to our business development efforts at Health Dimensions Group. Working with a dedicated team of analysts and researchers, Glen leads the acquisition and development of new management opportunities, including initial discussions and presentation of various options, onsite evaluation and assessment, the development of risk-based partnerships to meet customer needs, and the development of a mutually agreed upon transition plan. Our approach is structured yet customized to meet the needs of each client seeking management services for their senior living or health care community.Â
With 24 years of senior health care experience, Glen has worked with hundreds of skilled nursing and senior housing sites in multiple states across the country. Throughout his career, Glen has developed specialized programming for skilled residents, served as a regional consultant, and has been a licensed nursing home administrator in three states. He has also fulfilled roles as a division human resources director and as a regional director of operations across multiple states for over ten years. Glen has specialized in the development of short term, post-acute services designed to return patients to home or more independent settings, ensuring that seniors have full access to their Medicare benefits and remain actively engaged in their lifestyle as independently as possible. His extensive operational experience serves as a valuable asset to assist in the successful transition and management of customers’ operations.
Glen is a graduate of The Colleges of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio, and has received certification in Long-Term Care Administration. Glen has published numerous professional articles on topics such as the successful leadership of skilled centers during challenging economic conditions, as well as preparation for health care reform and participation in Accountable Care Organizations.
