As senior vice president of operations for Health Dimensions Group, Duane Larson provides global leadership for management services and direction to two regional directors of operation. His role includes short-term and long-term operational planning to maximize operations for HDG-owned and/or managed facilities.

Mr. Larson's areas of expertise include the following:

• Monitoring and measuring systems for multi-facility management
• Marketing development to achieve and exceed occupancy and census objectives
• Implementing ADL coding mechanisms to ensure adaptation to regulatory changes
• Employee performance programs resulting in turnover reduction
• Development of strategic business plans to provide higher acuity services

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group , Mr. Larson was regional director of operations at Presbyterian Homes and Services in Minnesota.

Mr. Larson received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed nursing home administrator in Minnesota and a member of Aging Services of Minnesota.
