Ms. Ruen is responsible for preparation and production of timely, accurate, and professional proposals and reports. Responsibilities include proofreading and editing proposals, reports, manuals, training and educational materials, presentations, spreadsheets, and all aspects of report preparation and production.
Ms. Ruen’s areas of expertise include the following:
Ms. Ruen comes to us from a local public relations company where she served as the health care group administrator. Ms. Ruen’s experience also includes working in legal offices with both private practice and the federal government where, among other duties, she was responsible for composing, proofing, and editing a wide range of legal documents. While with the federal government and in her role as immigration information officer, Ms. Ruen was responsible for answering the public’s questions concerning immigration policies and procedures as well as acted as congressional liaison between the public and members of congress.
