As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Ms. Ice is responsible for the oversight and management of all Health Dimensions Group corporate marketing activities.

Ms. Ice has over 15 years experience providing marketing, consulting and customer support, trade show, and event planning. Ms. Ice's areas of expertise include the following:

• Marketing plan and budget development
• Marketing communications coordination
• Advertising, sponsorship and promotional activities
• Graphic design and development
• Marketing project oversight
• National conference and event management and coordiantion

Previously, Ms. Ice worked with the Benedictine Health System where she was responsible for marketing and communications activities including graphic design, copywriting, marketing and communications plans, and mission integration for the corporate office and over 70 participating organizations. Ms. Ice also worked in a variety of positions for Health Dimensions, Inc. including Director of Client Relations and Office Manager.

Ms. Ice earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Almeda College and a Business Certificate from Pine Technical College . Ms. Ice is a member of the Society for Health Care Strategy and Market Deveopment and Aging Services of Minnesota. Sshe is also a coach for the Dale Carnegie program.
