As a Health Dimensions Group project manager, Anne Lewis assists organizations with all aspects of Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) operations for prospective and operational PACE programs, including evaluating PACE feasibility, development of provider applications, and complete implementation assistance. As an experienced nursing home administrator, Ms. Lewis provides advisory support for the management and operations of long-term care facilities.

Ms. Lewis’ areas of expertise include the following:

• PACE development and operations
• Development of public and private partnerships
• Long-term care, subacute, and assisted living management
• Medical case management and social work
• Psychiatric facility management and operations

In all, Ms. Lewis has more than 25 years of health care operations and management experience, 12 of which were at the Billings Clinic in Montana, a nationally recognized leader in the provision of integrated health care services. During her career at the Billings Clinic, Ms. Lewis lead the start-up of the first PACE program in Montana and served as the PACE program director. In addition, she served as director of continuing care services overseeing the nursing home and assisted living facilities, director of medical case management
