Ms. Padilla is the
Executive Director of
Marycrest Assisted Living, a 138 bed assisted living facility owned by the Sisters of St. Francis in Denver, Colorado and managed by Health Dimensions Group. As Executive
Director, Ms. Padilla is directly responsible for the complete operations of the facility, including, the day-to-day operations, fiscal functions and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Padilla is responsible for insuring the highest quality of care for the residents and for achieving the performance goals and standards in accordance with the mission, philosophy and values of the facility, the management company and the owners. Ms. Padilla functions as liaison for
Marycrest Assisted Living
with the community, service organizations and with the state fiscal and regulatory institutions. Her duties also include regular communication with the Board of Directors.
As the Colorado Regional Director,
Ms. Padilla is responsible for global oversight of Health Dimensions
Group's Colorado managed properties.

Ms. Padilla began working for
Marycrest Assisted Living during the facility's construction stage, one year prior to the facility opening and was instrumental in the development of the program.
She brings more than 25 years experience in the development and management of assisted living and residential treatment facilities, covering the continuum of hospital alternative to independent HUD housing. She has many years of mental health
and human services experience that includes community mental health centers and the Mental Health Association of Colorado.
Ms. Padilla has an Associates of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Southern Colorado.
