Steve Nelson brings almost 30 years of finance experience to his position as vice president of finance for Health Dimensions Group, where he is responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the corporation, including the financial services provided to all owned and managed facilities as well as corporate accounting and finance activities.

Tammy Golkowski
Director of Business Office Consulting

Tammy Golkowski brings 20 years of experience to her role as business office consulting manager and has in-depth knowledge of facility management together with the skills necessary to successfully operate multiple facilities. She provides oversight of Health Dimensions Group’s business office consulting team and coordinates the services provided to facility billing staff. Her responsibilities also include monitoring facility accounts receivable balances and working with staff to achieve DSO goals; and ensuring that facility business office staff members receive training on the accounting and health care software and billing processes, as well as coordinating software set-up in new facilities.

Ms. Schulz has more than 15 years of experience in billing office management, including responsibility for oversight of business office services as well as billing and collection for skilled nursing facilities. As a business office consultant, Ms. Schulz is responsible for working with business office staff at Health Dimensions Group managed facilities in the areas of billing, collections, training, policies and procedure development, and monitoring regulatory changes.

Sheila Timmons has more than 15 years of experience in long-term care in the areas of payroll and staffing and working with ADP software.

As a payroll services consultant at Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Timmons is responsible for working with payroll and human resources staff at HDG managed facilities in the areas of payroll, ADP software implementation, education and support, audit review and follow-up, wage and hour compliance, and all payroll policy and procedure development.
