Brent Feorene
Vice President of Integrative Delivery Models

Brent T. Feorene has over 25 years of experience in health care consulting. Mr. Feorene has nationally recognized expertise in identifying and addressing the strategic and management issues in physician-lead, post-acute, and community-based services and programs. His clients have included traditional acute care providers such as health systems and ACOs, managed care organizations, home care agencies, and community-based providers and service agencies. Among his engagements, Mr. Feorene has worked collaboratively with these clients to create integrated delivery models that bridge location and level of care to ensure timely access to appropriate services and high-value care delivery. Mr. Feorene offers clients exceptionally strong strategic and business planning skills seasoned through multiple program implementation engagements.

Vice President of Senior Care Solutions

As vice president of senior care solutions for Health Dimensions Group, Darrin Hull oversees the consulting operations team and provides project oversight and industry thought leadership. He is also responsible for researching, identifying, and securing business development opportunities, including facility management, lease, and acquisitions.

Erin Hennessey

As vice president of business solutions, Erin Shvetzoff Hennessey partners with clients and Health Dimensions Group practice area leaders to improve clients´┐Ż?business performance. She is
responsible for project development and for ensuring the objectives of the clients are successfully met. Ms. Hennessey has considerable experience advising clients in the area of skilled nursing management and ownership structure, particularly for government-owned care communities.

Leah Lindgren
Executive VP of Consulting Practice

Ms. Lindgren is a strategic planning and marketing consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in strategy development. Ms. Lindgren specializes in helping health care and other nonprofit organizations develop and execute strategic, business, and marketing/communication plans that achieve business objectives, drive profitability, and improve their corporate image. Ms. Lindgren has become an expert in leading, facilitating, and executing organizational change.

Brian Ellsworth
Director, Payment Transformation

Brian Ellsworth has more than 30 years of experience in health care financing, delivery, and policy from both payor and provider perspectives. He has worked at Optum (UnitedHealth Group) and as a policymaker in New York’s Medicaid program. His extensive provider experience includes positions at the American Hospital Association (AHA) and senior leadership roles at statewide associations of home health, hospice, and long-term care providers.

At HDG, Mr. Ellsworth leads efforts to develop value-based payment approaches for skilled nursing facilities and home- and community-based providers, including the development of continuing care networks and analysis of bundled payment opportunities.

Colin Higgins specializes in conducting market research, demand analysis, competitive assessment, and providing other data analysis for post-acute and long-term care providers across the continuum of care.

Lori Aronson has more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry, with a focus on post-acute care and the senior population. As manager of consulting services, Ms. Aronson provides assistance to post-acute health care organizations with operational assessments, strategic planning, program development, and due diligence activities, as well as continuing care development.

Shawna L. Ramey has more than 20 years of experience in the management of primary care and geriatric medical practices. As a certified coder and auditor, Ms. Ramey provides chart coding audits and compliance reviews across health care settings. Additionally, she provides operational and revenue cycle assessments in venues such as geriatric assessment clinics, house call programs, and Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly.
