As director of financial analysis and reimbursement, Mr. Stitt specializes in financial modeling and reimbursement advisory services for a wide array of clients. He has more than 18 years of experience in health care finance and reimbursement. His professional accomplishments and experience include:

• Development of a pro forma financial model for the National PACE Association.
• Ongoing reimbursement advisor for a number of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals across the nation.
• Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) feasibility studies.
• Feasibility studies for skilled nursing facilities (SNF), long-term acute care hospitals (LTCH), inpatient psychiatric facilities (IPF), inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF), home health agencies (HHA), hospice agencies, and senior housing developments including the development of five-year pro forma financial models.

• Financial due diligence for potential acquisitions of long-term care and long-term acute care facilities.

• Senior services strategic planning financial  models.

• Financial turnaround engagement for a large health system.

• Certificate of need review including a five-year financial model of a proposed replacement facility for a large, town-operated skilled nursing facility.

• Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost reporting appeals work.

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Mr. Stitt worked for BDO Seidman, LLP, one of the nation's largest public accounting firms, as a manager in the health care consulting practice. He was also the director of reimbursement for a 280-bed hospital in the Chicago area with multiple provider licenses and a provider auditor for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois

Mr. Stitt has a bachelor of science in business from Eastern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
