As the
Administrator for
Highland
Chateau Care Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, Ms. Lacina has been
directly responsible for the daily operations since 2005.
Highland
Chateau Care Center is a progressive 24-bed transitional care unit
and 40-bed skilled nursing facility. She provides management expertise
for achieving the goals and objectives of programs in accordance with
the mission of the organization. Ms. Lacina is also directly
responsible for team development and harmonious outcomes within all
departments. She has active involvement in all areas of the budget
process with particular success in accounts receivable. As the primary
legal contact in all matters pertaining to staff and resident
outcomes, she has worked closely in numerous legal cases, appeared for
depositions and court when needed. Because of her credentials and
experience, she is viewed as an expert in human relations and nursing
home issues and has been able to achieve numerous favorable legal
outcomes.

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Lacina was an Assistant
Administrator and Director of Nursing with Volunteers of America.
Ms. Lacina is received her Licensed Practical Nursing degree from St.
Mary's School of Nursing in Rochester, Minnesota, an Associate Degree
- Registered Nurse from Inver Hills/Lakewood Community College in
Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, a Gerontological Nursing Certification
from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a Bachelor of Arts in
Organizational Management from Concordia University in St. Paul,
Minnesota and a Nursing Home Administrator License from the University
of Minnesota Center for Long Term Care Administration.
