As Administrator of Belmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Ms. Johnson is directly responsible for the complete operations of the facility, including the oversight and development of staff, regulatory compliance, and fiscal operation.
Ms. Johnson is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for the patients and residents while successfully meeting the performance goals and standards in accordance with the mission, philosophy, and values of the facility.

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Johnson was the administrator of Monroe Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Monroe, Wisconsin.
