As senior vice president of operations for Health Dimensions Group, Glen Roebuck provides global leadership for management services and direction to two regional directors of operation. His role includes short-term and long-term operational planning to maximize operations for client organizations as well as HDG-owned facilities.

Mr. Roebuck’s areas of expertise include the following:

• Monitoring and measuring systems for multi-facility management
• Marketing development to achieve and exceed occupancy and census objectives
• Implementing ADL coding mechanisms to ensure adaptation to regulatory changes
• Employee performance programs resulting in turnover reduction
• Development of strategic business plans to provide higher acuity services

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group in 2008, Mr. Roebuck was regional director of operations for ten years at HCR Manor Care, where he had oversight for up to eleven facilities in multiple states. HCR Manor Care is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, and operates 275 communities throughout the United States. His career there also included positions as administrator and human resources director.
