As a nurse consultant for Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Peters provides interim services for administrators and directors of nursing; survey management; clinical/administrative training and mentoring; and various developmental activities.
Ms. Peters’ experiences in the health care field include the following:
Educational and practical experience in acute care, long-term care, assisted living, and home health/hospice.
Service on several national and regional committees and work groups focused on culture change and quality improvement in health care delivery and workforce development.
Given numerous presentations and workshops on quality leadership, management, and organizational system improvement.
Ms. Peters has over 35 years of experience in the health care field which includes work as a clinician, heath care administrator, regional assisted living director, educator, health care lobbyist, and quality improvement consultant.
Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Peters was the director of leadership and quality initiatives at Pathway Health Services.
