As director of project management for Health Dimensions Group, Mr. Edeburn
oversees the execution and completion of project work for the
company's consulting engagements. In this role, he often serves as
lead consultant for a project, performing work from initial planning
to project completion and report delivery. Since joining the firm in
2005, he has executed more than 100 different projects, ranging from
simple market analyses for standalone facilities to full-scale
strategic planning efforts for major health systems.
Mr. Edeburn additionally provides a wide range of marketing consulting services
to post-acute care providers including:
Sales and marketing
training for post-acute care and senior living
Market research,
feasibility studies, and assessments
Consumer research,
survey design, and focus group facilitation
Plan development and
implementation for marketing and public relations
Marketing audits, collateral development,
and media planning
Prior to joining Health Dimensions
Group, Mr. Edeburn was a sales and marketing consultant for the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society where he provided
marketing consulting and training to more than 140 skilled nursing
facilities, assisted living, and senior housing communities;
adult day programs; and home health agencies across the country. Mr. Edeburn’s experience also includes marketing
management positions with Sioux Valley Hospitals and Health System as well as several years of communications consulting for non-profit organizations, corporations, and state and federal agencies.
Mr. Edeburn holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in English and Linguistics from South Dakota State University.
