Lutheran Homes Society
is a Health Dimensions Group managed, senior living community that
offers a wide variety of senior living options including town homes,
independent living apartments, assisted living, memory care, and
skilled nursing care. As the executive director for
Lutheran Homes Society,
Ms. McGuire is directly responsible for the complete operations of
the facility, including the oversight and development of staff,
regulatory compliance and fiscal operation.
Ms. McGuire is responsible for
ensuring the highest quality of care for the patients and residents
while successfully meeting the performance goals and standards in
accordance with the mission, philosophy, and values of the facility.

Prior to serving as
Lutheran Homes
Society's executive director, Ms. McGuire served as the
administrator of Frazee Care Center; also a Health Dimensions
Group managed senior living community. Prior to joining Health
Dimensions Group, Ms. McGuire was an emergency room nurse.
Ms. McGuire is a
registered nurse and a licensed nursing home administrator.
She has a bachelor of arts degree from St. Cloud State
University and an associates degree in nursing from St.
Mary's.
