As Corporate Director of Human Resources, Ms. Marchiniak provides global oversight and direction to a number of human resource-related areas at Health Dimensions Group.  Her responsibilities include providing strategic human resource support to Health Dimensions Group's managed properties and corporate office; developing policies, procedures, and human resource-related infrastructure; establishing a risk management and corporate safety program for Health Dimensions Group; coordinating and providing oversight of compensation and benefit plans; ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations; and partnering with executive management on overall employee development efforts.

With over nine years of experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit industries, Ms. Marchiniak has provided HR consulting and project management expertise in areas such as employee engagement, leadership development, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) HR Management, rewards and recognition, and affirmative action. Ms. Marchiniak previously served as a Senior Human Resource Generalist and Organization Development Consultant at Mercy and Unity Hospitals, which are part of Allina Hospitals and Clinics in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
