As the Executive Director for Eastern Star-Masonic Retirement Community, Mr. Wistreich is directly responsible for the entire community, including the day-to-day operations, financial viability, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Mr. Wistreich is charged with insuring the highest quality of care and quality of life for the residents at Eastern Star-Masonic Retirement Community. Additionally, he is responsible for achieving the performance goals and requirements set forth by the Board of Trustees.

During, his first year at Eastern Star, Mr. Wistreich and his team reduced the facility's operational loss by 58 percent and initiated operational improvements that resulted in greater customer satisfaction. Through effective marketing efforts, he has helped to increase the community occupancy by 16 percent.  Mr. Wistreich's areas of expertise include:

Prior to joining Eastern Star-Masonic Retirement Community, Mr. Wistreich was the Executive Director for Cherry Oaks Retirement Community in Denver, Colorado. During his tenure, he achieved a 96 percent approval rating from residents and families and implemented operating systems and service standards that appreciably enhanced the property.

Mr. Wistreich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Denver.
