Ms. Lambert has 18
years of experience in the long-term senior health care industry, and
she has considerable expertise in assisting organizations in
developing Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
programs, from the application process through program development and
start-up operations.
Ms. Lambert was Chief Operating Officer for Total Longterm Care in
Denver, Colorado, which serves as the Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services' PACE contractor in Colorado. She served as project
manager for construction and renovation, and was responsible for
development of the operations policy and procedure manuals at
start-up, as well as creating and supervising materials and facilities
management and food service departments. Ms. Lambert led the opening
of the first day health center, and she provided direct oversight of
multiple day health centers and transportation and homecare
departments with an annual budget of more than $30 million and 250
employees.

Ms. Lambert also coordinated a
multiple year, $2 million Veterans Administration grant to provide
community-based care for veterans. The resulting program exceeded
total enrollment goals and was awarded additional funds to continue
program growth.
Ms. Lambert has a Bachelor of Arts
from Brandeis University, a Master of Arts from the University of
Chicago, School of Social Science Administration and a Certificate in
Nonprofit Administration from the Metropolitan State College in
Denver.
