Ms. Koch has more than 25 years of
experience in health care systems, including strategic and
operations management. As a system director of business development
at a large health care system in St. Paul, Minnesota, she was
responsible for developing strategic business plans for new or
existing services and linking marketing needs with new product
development opportunities.
Ms. Koch distinguished herself in
the redesign of patient care delivery systems in acute care
hospital, clinic, and ambulatory settings to achieve quality care
improvements, and she was recognized as an Innovator of the Year by
Thomson Healthcare.
