As the Wisconsin Regional Director, Ms. Cavers is responsible for global oversight of Health Dimensions Group's Wisconsin managed properties.  Her primary objectives include developing and maintaining effective relationships with state and association representatives in Wisconsin; policy and procedure development; and designated project management.

Ms. Caver's areas of expertise include the following:

• Program development
• Nursing home administration
• Policy and procedure development
• Cost control and implementation policies
• Coordination of construction and renovation projects
• Financial forecasting and strategic planning

Prior to becoming the Regional Director, Ms. Cavers was a successful nursing home administrator responsible for the overall operation of a 195-bed skilled nursing facility. Her accomplishments include the development of a focused rehabilitation program which includes a dedicated subacute rehabilitation wing and physiatry services; development of the Every Day Living Program for the Alzheimer's and dementia unit that incorporates resident-centered destinations and activities; and elimination of the outside nursing agency pools, resulting in significant savings to the organization. Ms. Cavers has a proven track record in effective leadership and the development and implementation of cost-saving measures to ensure organization viability in an industry with declining reimbursement systems and rising healthcare costs.

Ms. Cavers holds a Bachelor of Business in Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
