Dr. Griffin is recognized as one of the nation’s
foremost authorities in post-acute care and senior services. She pioneered the development of subacute
units, rehabilitation facilities, and LTCHs as components of integrated health systems and has been a leader in the development of senior services for health systems and organizations.
Dr. Griffin has distinguished
herself in many areas of health care. In a career that spans more
than 30 years, she has assisted over 300 hospitals, health systems,
and health organizations with strategic planning, feasibility
studies, and development and operations of post-acute care, as well
as senior services.
Prior to joining Health Dimensions
Group, Dr. Griffin founded a health care consulting company to
assist health systems and organizations in strategic planning,
marketing, development, and operational improvements for post-acute
care (skilled nursing, home health, rehabilitation, and long-term
acute care hospitals), and senior services programs. Dr. Griffin's

Dr. Griffin is a nationally recognized author and lecturer on post-acute care and senior services.
Dr. Griffin received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison, a
Master of Arts from Stanford University, and a PhD from the University of Oregon.
Dr. Griffin was the founding chair of the National Subacute Care
Association, is a Fellow in the American Society of Association
Executives, and a Fellow in the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association.
