As a nurse consultant for
Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Grant brings more than 25 years of
experience, both operationally and clinically, to our clients. She has
experience working in a long-term care setting where she managed a
staff of over 100 nurses and nursing assistants.
Ms. Grant brings areas

Prior to her role as a nurse
consultant, Ms. Grant was the administrator at Villa Pines Living
Center, where she had overall responsibility for an 85-bed skilled
nursing facility. Prior to joining Health Dimensions
Group, Ms. Grant was the executive director for Continental Manor
Health & Rehabilitation where she was responsible for total operations
of a 108-bed Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility. In
addition, she has experience providing consulting to nursing homes
where she was responsible for budgeting, quality of care issues, state
surveys, environmental concerns, and market analysis for the
admissions process.
Ms. Grant is a Registered Nurse and
holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Madison Area Technical
College, she is a a licensed nursing home administrator in the State
of Wisconsin.
