As the Administrator for Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation Center, Ms. Gabor has overall responsibility for a 99-bed long-term nursing facility. Her financial responsibilities include developing and managing the budget process, controlling facility costs, and monitoring all financial processes for the facility. In addition, she must develop and maintain effective relationships with state survey teams and exhibit a successful survey history.

Ms. Gabor brings more than 18 years of health care experience to Health Dimensions Group and her areas of expertise include the following:

• Financial oversight for all facility processes
• Staff management and development
• Understanding of sales and marketing related to facility management
• Strategic planning and goal management
• Facility operation and compliance

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Gabor was the Director of Social Services for Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation Center and served as its assistant administrator. Prior to coming to Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation Center, Ms. Gabor was a social worker for two long-term care facilities, Karmenta of Madison and Ingleside in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin.

Ms. Gabor is committed to providing excellent services and care for the elderly population served by the facility, as well as having a positive impact on the community in which the facility resides.

Ms. Gabor holds a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
