Senior Vice
President - Consulting Services Division
Health
Dimensions Group,
is looking for a highly seasoned
executive to provide leadership and direction for our consulting
services practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience partnering with clients in health systems, hospitals,
long term care, and senior living organizations. The executive will
plan and execute a well-designed multi-year growth and expansion
strategy for our firm. Essential duties will include client
cultivation for current and new business, revenue generation, sales
and marketing coordination, developing a balance between new
business development and ongoing project management and recruiting,
mentoring, and developing the consultants within the firm. We seek
someone with a minimum of 15 years experience in healthcare, with
preference given to candidates possessing a substantive track record
in complex, dynamic organizations. A master's degree in healthcare,
business administration, or public health is preferred.
Senior Vice
President of Operations
Health
Dimensions Group is looking for an individual to assume the role of
Senior Vice President for our Management Division. The Senior Vice
President of Operations will be responsible for providing global
oversight and direction to our skilled nursing, assisted living, and
independent housing communities throughout the country. Health
Dimensions Group provides management to 15 properties (totaling over
1,600 residents and 1,700 employees) located in Minnesota,
Wisconsin, Iowa, Colorado, and Washington. This individual will have
direct responsibility for approximately half of our overall
portfolio and will work with our Regional Director of Operations
related to day-to-day oversight of the other communities we mange.
The ideal candidate will be a results oriented leader with previous
multi-facility management experience and a minimum of 10 years of
directly related experiences in key leadership roles with the older
adult industry. A substantial background in operational planning,
Board management, quality management, financial management, client
relations, and regulatory compliance will be essential for this
role. This position will report directly to our chief Operating
Officer. Travel of up to 50% time will be expected.

RN Clinical
Reimbursement
Due to
our growth at Health Dimensions Group we are seeking
an RN Clinical Reimbursement
Consultant to provide
leadership and consultation to our consulting clients and managed
communities. The ideal candidate must have expertise in clinical
reimbursement systems such as Medicare/PPS, sate Medicaid case mix,
ability to conduct MDS audits, and be familiar with MDS software
systems. The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of
consulting experience, nursing leadership experience in skilled
nursing environments, be systems-oriented and have experience with
policy, procedure and program development. This exciting new role
offers a competitive wage and benefit package and requires
nationwide travel.
Business Office
Consultant
Health
Dimensions Group seeks a full time business office consultant in our
corporate finance department. As our corporate consultant, you will
train facility business office staff, monitor AR, assist with
developing and updating office standards, and implementing policies
and procedures for our managed health care facilities.
The qualified candidate will have a
comprehensive knowledge of billing, collections, Medicare, Medicaid,
and insurance as they relate to the health care industry. A minimum
of 50% travel required. This exciting new role offers a competitive
