As Executive Director for The Village at St. Catherine, a complex of 63 apartment homes sponsored by St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church and located in Denver, Colorado, Ms. Fleming is responsible for facility operations, including the oversight and development of staff, regulatory compliance, and fiscal operation.

Ms. Fleming is responsible for providing a home-like environment to residents while insuring all services delivered are of the highest quality. The community serves both independent and assisted living residents and has established goals and standards that reflect the mission and values of St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church and Health Dimensions Group.

Ms. Fleming's areas of expertise include the following:

• Operational management
• Staff development, training, and team building
• Regulatory compliance
• Financial management and planning

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Fleming worked on the development of The Village of St. Catherine with the church, and the developer during the construction phase when she was responsible for writing all policies and procedures; hiring and training the staff; negotiating contracts; developing budget and fiscal policies and procedures; and meeting regulatory compliance needs.

Ms. Fleming has 16 years of experience in the senior housing industry as an Executive Director as well as a Marketing Director. She also has experience as a Regional Property Director for both senior and family properties, conventional, and subsidized housing.

Ms. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Health Care Services from Ithaca College.
