Mr. Britain has over 20 years of experience with health care organizations and housing developers. Mr. Britain
has directed and participated in over 400 projects and studies for
clients nationwide.
His range of experience includes market feasibility studies for over 150 urban and rural nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement centers,
home health care, hospice, and multi-family housing. He has provided financial analysis for the acquisition and development of over 200 health care facilities nationwide. Mr. Britain has
completed focus groups and developed marketing and sales plans for
nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement centers,
including existing and newly developed facilities. Mr. Britain has
provided interim health care and senior housing management for companies operating nursing homes and
retirement centers, and has researched, planned, and developed Medicare-certified subacute units and completed over 100 Certificate of Need applications in over 25 states.

Prior to launching his consulting career, Mr. Britain served as Senior Planner for the largest nursing home company in the United States. He has experience as both a nursing home administrator and ambulatory care manager. In addition, he is currently a Planning Commissioner for the City of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Mr. Britain has a Master of Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration form Union College.
Mr. Britain is a licensed nursing home administrator.
