As a Principal of Health Dimensions Group, Mr. Briscoe’s responsibilities include
the oversight of managed long term-care and senior housing facilities,
and coordinating the firm's business development efforts in the areas
of acquisitions and management contracts.
Mr. Briscoe brings over two decades
of health care operations and development experience to Health
Dimensions Group. He is responsible for establishing Health
Dimensions Group's reputation in the managed facilities community
for high quality care, positive employee relations, strong market
position, and consistent regulatory compliance. Mr. Briscoe has
particular expertise and skill in managing start-up and turnaround
projects. Since 1990, he has been instrumental in over ten such
projects, all yielding successful results.

Prior to founding Health Dimensions
Group, Mr. Briscoe was Senior Vice President of Benedictine Health
System, a non-profit , faith-based health care system. He served as an officer of Care Providers of Minnesota,
a long-term care industry trade association. In addition, he served
for eight years on a Minneapolis area private school board, which included three years as Chairperson. Mr. Briscoe is a
speaker at state and national conferences related to senior health
care and housing issues.
Mr. Briscoe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from Union College, Lincoln, Nebraska, and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
