As Research Consultant and Analyst,
Mr. Wadell provides development and oversight of project management
tools including project budgets, project assignment records, timelines, project information
data sheets, and proposal execution. Mr. Wadell is responsible for
developing financial methods and procedures to determine project
profitability, conducting cost benefit analyses, and reviewing and
preparing financial and statistical reports.
Mr. Wadell's areas of expertise include the following:
Profitability analysis
Development of project
management tools and policies related to effective project
management
Administration of
software used to track and monitor project completion and
profitability
Client follow-up and
management of client information
Mr. Wadell interfaces with
consultants and the finance department to ensure accurate and
current information is available for billing and data analysis.
Mr. Wadell also provides support to Project Managers as necessary to
assist in the development of project budgets. When needed, Mr.
Wadell provides education and training to staff on subjects related
to project management, using development tools effectively, and
monitoring project progress.
Mr. Wadell has a Bachelor of Arts
in Finance and Entrepreneurship from St. Thomas University.
