Health Dimensions Group to Open and Manage New Veteran's Skilled Nursisng Facility in Chippewa Falls, WI. HDG has entered into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) to open and manage the new 72-bed veterans' skilled nursing facility in Chippewa Falls, WI.
